Refund Policy
All sales are final. If you need to revise your license expiration date please contact us with a description of your situation. In most cases refunds are not offered. An adjusted license expiration date or store credit will be issued instead.
Checking Your License Status
To check the status of a file license, including how many days remain before the license expires, click on "LICENSE STATUS" in the middle section of the interface, just above the media bays. A new window will open giving details about the file's lice
