I ORdered Through A Distributor. How Do I Get My Files?Updated 8 hours ago

Ion Concert Media is proud to offer products through several national distributors. If you place an order with one of these partners here is what to expect.

1. An order is placed for a product through one of our distribution partners (JW Pepper, Benjamin Taylor Music, etc).

2. We are notified of the order details by the distributor.

3. Within 2-3 business days we will fill the order and send an email to the customer email address provided with the order. That email will include a Coupon Code and instructions for how to access, download and install your products.

4. That's it. You will now be all set up to use Muséik to drive the media in your live event. The price of the Muséik software is included with your order. Muséik is required to run the multimedia files.
