License Error: Bundle has an invalid license (3.2)Updated a month ago

This error message can be caused by a few issues. Here are some possible causes. If none of these fix the issue we recommend that you contact us for support.

• Be sure your Show File has been unzipped. We send your files out compressed as a .zip file. You first need to uncompress the file to reveal the .ion Show File. 

• Try closing Muséik and re-opening it.

• Check your computer specs. If your computer is underpowered it may have trouble processing the encryption. 

• Click the "Clear Cache" text in the SETTINGS window, then re-open Muséik

• Finally, this error can occur if your download of the Show File was corrupted somehow. Try re-downloading the file.
