Muséik is set by default to read files stored on your local hard drive at the filepath: User/Documents/Museik/Library. If you need to access a Show File from a different location you can override the default in the Muséik SETTINGS panel.

Do not use the SHOW button to set the file path; you must click in to the grey box to set a new destination folder.

NOTE: if you change the File Directory setting in the SETTINGS window so that it points to an external drive please use extra caution. If on a future date you wish to open the software but do not have access to that drive the software will crash on open. If this happens the only way to resolve it is to delete your version of Muséik and reinstall it on your hard drive.
