Since version 3.1.1 the Mac version of Muséik is able to access Show Files stored in any location, making the File Path less important. Users may still manually change the  default File Path using the steps below.

Click on SETTINGS in the Muséik interface.

At the top of the SETTINGS window you will see a section titled "ION LIBRARY PATH". Click inside the grey box area, then use the directory that pops up to navigate to the location where your .ion file is stored.

Choose the folder and click Open.

Do not use the SHOW button to set the file path; you must click in to the grey box to set a new destination folder.
